- You may be stressed or anxious about something. This can be due to a passed or upcoming event. Stress normally causes some chemical imbalances, which have a direct effect on the fluids in your ears
- Lack of Exercise or activity: Long periods of inactivity usually cause many problems in the body and one way these problems show up is through the ringing of the ears.
- Bad eating habits: Junk food and alcohol can be the reason why your ear sounds like a train or car motor. Reduce your alcohol intake and start eating healthy foods.
- Frequent or constant exposure to loud noises or sound: Some of the causes of ringing in the left ear can be cause by being at a concert, night club or through being exposed to loud sound like rock music.
- Childhood Medical Problems: Chances are when you were young some surgery tubes were inserted in your ears. This may have damaged your inner parts and may also be leading to some headaches and irritability. If this is the case chances are it’s only going to get worse hence the need to get it treated as soon as possible.
